Açaí Blueberry Smoothie Recipe

I have this smoothie every day for breakfast! It’s filled with antioxidants that are perfect for clear and glowing skin and giving you a youthful appearance in general. On the other hand, if you constantly eat junk food, that will also be very visible. Having a smoothie once a day can be very beneficial to your health and fitness goals. It provides you with the energy you need, essential nutrients that your body requires, and a positive glow because of all of the healthy ingredients. This smoothie is simple and easy to make, and it’s delicious. The ingredients are entirely plant-based, and totally affordable.

RECIPE
SERVINGS: 1
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 frozen açaí packet
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- a handful of fresh strawberries
- 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup oat milk (or whatever milk you prefer)
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH & ENJOY
