Açaí Blueberry Smoothie Recipe

I have this smoothie every day for breakfast! It’s filled with antioxidants that are perfect for clear and glowing skin and giving you a youthful appearance in general. I believe that the foods you eat show up on the outside. If you treat your body with good healthy foods, it will be noticeable. On the other hand, if you constantly eat junk food, that will also be very visible. Having a smoothie once a day can be very beneficial to your health and fitness goals. It provides you with the energy you need, essential nutrients that your body requires, and a positive glow because of all of the healthy ingredients. This smoothie is simple and easy to make, and it’s delicious. The ingredients are entirely plant-based, and totally affordable.

RECIPE

SERVINGS: 1

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 frozen açaí packet
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- a handful of fresh strawberries
- 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup oat milk (or whatever milk you prefer)
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tsp cinnamon

BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH & ENJOY
